Bad product
Wood planks come warped. Had to ask them to send 4 replacement planks, and ended up using one, for all the others were warped as well. They offered to send more, but I assumed they would be warped as well. They ended becoming expensive firewood for the firepit. Disappointing Barn Door
The picture was very misleading. The door came with no instructions as they were for the hardware only in order to hang the door. I called Lowe's and they could not help me. The screws for putting the door and hardware together were so cheaply made that they stripped out with only light pressure. Needless to say a lot of griping from hubby on why I bought cheap crap. Instructions weren't great
I run a handyman business and install barn doors regularly. First issue was having to put the door together is easy but aggravating. The screws supplied looked bad on the door. I ended up using drywall screws. The boards were warped and caused alot of issues during installation. Like the door; stain leans orange
The door is a nice door. You will need to order a handle separately which I did but keep that in mind. The color of the door stain is a little orangish for me. I’ll figure out what to do about that later. The structure is fine and the hanging hardware is sturdy.

Received these doors via UPS. One door was damaged and was returned to the store. The other door has semi-warped boards but we are trying to make it work. Note: complete assembly is required. The description does not mention that clamps are needed to keep the door 'square' while screwing the cross boards down. Bow in boards
Instructions were good. However, 2 of the 4 long door panels were warped, making it difficult to fit the tongue and groove together. I needed to screw one end then stand on it while using a mallet on the other end to get them to fit together (and there it was still not completely tight). The warping also makes the door have a slight bow, but I suspect this is only noticeable to me.

Looks Cheap
THe quality of the product was not what I was looking for. The door looks cheap and the materials were very thin and rough. There wasn’t any color variation in the wood stain, it is all just the red color. I wanted light and red variation like the picture shows. The staining job wasn’t nice either. I wish i would have just bought one of the nice quality doors I have seen in the stores and stained it myself. The price would have been the same and I would have been a lot happier.

Bowed and split board
One board is split and bowed in the middle, leaving a gap in the tongue and groove. Cannot pull them together to be square. Meantime I am out $500. Design is good. Just quality control issue in the cut or the board is warped.
