BBQ Finally Felt Easy for a Beginner
Before getting the Brisk It Zelos, I had literally never BBQ’d in my life. Grilling always felt like one of those things everyone else somehow already knew how to do. I’d honestly avoid it because I didn’t want to ruin food or look clueless. What helped the most was the app. It made everything feel way less intimidating. Minor kinks but excited to smoke!
Assembly was super easy, done solo. The hinges look crooked and "damaged," but lid seems to work fine. It wobbles; not sure why because only one way to assemble. The first AI recipe worked great (St. Louis Pork Ribs). It transferred the probe temperatures and times, and did all the right notifications, including when to spritz. However my next recipe (boneless leg of lamb), the probe temperature did NOT transfer over. I thought maybe it would do it later, but since it never did, I wasn't a...

Works well, but has flaws
Everything is great except the ash clean-up. You have to take everything apart and they recommend you use a vacuum to clean out the burn pot. For the price, a better option could have been used.

Good follow up help!
The support group that this company has is first class. The instructions says takes two people, but I had only one, all thumbs-me! The support, with emails kept me on track and I have used it twice. The smoker works great, by adding the smoked flavor and all you have to do is set and forget.They have videos and tips to help you do a successful job.

Good Personal Grill
Really easy to assemble and use (though the provided tools are awful) Not a bad price point for <400 SQ FT grill. I have done cooks with and without AI assistance and highly recommend using it especially if you are new. Would highly recommend for a personal grill to cook for your family or if you are a beginner and don't want to splurge too much. However, if you intend to regularly host cookouts, probably want a larger one.
