I’m really happy with this shower so far. It came very well packaged, nothing was scratched or damaged, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I’m not a professional plumber and I was still able to install it without much trouble. This shower panel gives a luxury look. It comes with multiple features . It has various knobs. And when you take shower under this, you enjoy water coming from everywhere. It also comes with hand held shower. The hand held shower is very light in weight.( it’s not metal) It gives a total spa feeling. Installing it was simple following the instructions in the manual. The quality seems fine. Hopefully we will enjoy it for long.

Great modern looking shower system.

Very modern looking unit. It seems to be made pretty well. It has a waterfall feature along with a handheld wand along with some body sprayers. I like the look of the stainless/brushed nickel finish.

Really neat shower accessory. Has a lot of nozzles and heads, good pressure and looks pretty modern in my bathroom I would reccomend it to anyone doing a bathroom remodel

Beautiful and modern shower system

Luxury shower panel system was packed well and arrived in perfect condition. It has two main pieces that are easy to assemble because the hosing system is already installed in the back of the main panel. The shower head is attached to the top of the panel for a smooth and modern look! What a nice upgrade for our shower.

Mostly good

I want to start with the positives here, because in fairness there are a lot of them: - The generator that triggers once you turn the shower on feels almost futuristic. I love that you don't have to worry about changing out batteries every few years, and the electric works great! - The selection of shower heads on this particular tower was perfect for us. Very low water pressure and temperature kept going back to cold even though I have a tankless water heater.

Horrible shipping

I can’t say anything about the performance of this shower head product because it was supposed to arrive a week ago and have not yet received the item, nor has it left the warehouse in over a week. The anticipated delivery date has come & gone almost a week ago and am unable to speak to anyone to get any updates from the toll free number. And I have even driven 25min away in order to speak to someone in person who ALSO couldn’t provide any assistance on when the item will be delivered.
