Beautiful shower faucet

I have always wanted brushed gold shower faucet system with a waterfall for my bathroom and was happy to see it offered by Lowe’s. I have just received and unpacked the product and found it to be well made and well packaged, with quality parts made of classy brushed gold brass. This fixture will look great in my bathroom after I complete the renovation project!

Clanking from valve happening throughout the day

Just had our master bath remodeled, We have not even used the shower yet as the contractor is putting in the final touches. However, just like the first review, my wife and I hear the clanking metal sound intermittently from the shower valve when a toilet is flushed or a faucet is turned on. If BWE says it is the flow regulator, how do I get a knew one? If the plumber says it is the cartridge, how easy is that to replace?

Missing Pisces

This would have been a nice product if all of the pieces were included. I hired someone else to install the product, so when the time came to attach the knob he realized that it was missing. The ceiling shower arm that attaches the rain shower head to the ceiling (the whole reason I chose this product) was also missing. I can't return the entire product because it has been installed already (minus the missing pieces). We had to use a circular shower arm that doesn't match the rest of the prod...

Beautiful shower set

The shower set is beautiful. It really gives us spa. Look in the bathroom. So far since installation it seems to be working. Just fine and easy to maneuver. Keep in mind - Shower set needed additional plumbing parts that did not come with the set for the hand facet and tub faucet to work

Looks great, but it makes noises.

We installed this during a bathroom remodel and it looks great and worked well, however, about a month in we noticed a noise like pipes clanging when water was turned off or on throughout the house coming from near the shower valve. Our plumber came and after a lot of looking and poking around, diagnosed the problem and said we needed a new cartridge for the valve. Cannot get anyone to respond from the company. I will update if this changes.

Looks nice, but there are some issues...

Well it looks nice but the arm that has the shower head on it is very short, it really needs to be about 6 inches longer. Water leaks out of the shower head regardless of where the dial is. The clip to hang the wand only fits one way. It should be adjustable so that the clip can fit at the end or the other side.

Cant install waterfall spout

There seems to be no way to cover up the holes necessary to install. Do you have instructions or a list of parts for this? Perhaps something is missing from the box?

Nice looking but very difficult to install. Would have been better if connectors were permanently affixed to the shower hear and wand outlets.
