50 Degrees Cooler with my first coat
I needed this for our she shed / gym in Southern California. I put on one coat yesterday, I am putting the other coat on today, and I just went outside and the heat on my home roof is 155 and the heat on my shed with one layer of the Black Jack 1000 is 95! This stuff works great. I can't wait to see what it does with the 2nd layer. The inside is at least 20 degrees cooler than it was yesterday. I highly recommend it.
Which lies, here's the proof
Figures 1 and 2 show a coated roof.Figures 3 and 4 show 4 years later.I spent 12 buckets of five gallons.Four working days.Twice coated twice.For four years when it rained it went white.I had to change the roof.Lie, lie, lie

After four years the rain washed it away.I paid over $ 1000 for garbage

Paint at 10 Yrs to extend the life of shingle roof
Price almost doubled in the last two years, but still worth the price. Not your typical elastomeric paint. Pick up (literally) a pail and you will get the idea. No roof paint resists mildew better.
