Wrong tile sent
I should've listened to the rest of the reviews - the sticker on the back says blue but the tile they sent is white. I tried using the customer chat and was told that I had "no options". Really? horrible customer service.

Same Issue - Sent a White Tile
I'm bummed that I didn't read the other reviews before ordering. Sent a white tile rather than the blue I order. White tile I received was also incorrectly labeled Palette Blue. Feel like I wasted three bucks....

Useless sample of wrong color
All the samples I received were incorrectly labeled - I could only figure out what two of them were because many also were the wrong color in addition to being incorrectly labeled. This one was labeled as a 4x8 tile with a different name. I could figure out which it was supposed to be from the actual size, BUT I received WHITE. When needing a sample to decide on color, and spending three dollars for the convenience, it is absolutely useless to not receive what I ordered.

Know your colors!
I cannot provide an accurate review because I ordered a sample of the Palette Blue tile but received a sample of WHITE tile, not blue. I ordered twice and both times received WHITE tile. There is no way to be able to tell if the blue tile would go with my color scheme since it is impossible to compare a white tile to the blues in my kitchen. To make things worse, the sticker on the back of the samples clearly indicated that it should be blue. Very disappointed with this and will now have to ...
