[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy tool to use. Does not leak glue when not in use for a few minutes. I have the code 1117 for a free storage caddy but when asked if I have a code, I say yes but there is nowhere to enter the number.

Call manufacturer's customer service and complain.
It does not have a manual but a brief instruction sheet. I have contacted the manufacturer's customer service, but they aren't friendly and have not resolved the issue yet. Why is it so difficult to obtain a manual? How am I supposed to know how different parts work without a manual?

Excellent for small work
Much better than a couple of other glue guns I tried. Pretty much needs Arrow glue sticks @ 5/16” (8 mm). Inadequate instructions. If the glue trigger just clicks and will not advance the glue stick, the plastic gears are NOT broken, you just need to insert a new glue stick! You hold down the on/off switch until it turns on. Lights in the handle are for heat and charge, green for ready, red for not. The top one is for heat and the bottom for charge. Both functions are pretty fast. So nice not to...
