What Customers Are Saying
The ceiling tiles are generally of good quality, with a nice texture and professional-looking finish. Many customers found them easy to install. However, a significant number reported receiving damaged tiles, with up to 25% in a box being broken or unusable. The main issue appears to be poor packaging and handling during shipping and in-store, leading to a high rate of damaged goods. Customers advise inspecting the tiles carefully before purchase and being prepared to discard some damaged tiles.

Don’t buy them online
Ordered online. Shows up to local store in factory box. All corners on every tile were broken upon arrival. Maybe they should carry these in stock.
