The tiles are nice enough but I had Lowes bring them up to the contractor desk and load them without checking for broken and wet tiles. Bad idea just to save time. EVERY pack of 16, had a number of broken and even wet tiles. Better off getting them yourself and carefully checking both side.

Inspect before you buy
Don't count on a full box of tile being usable. We don't know whether it is the Armstrong packaging or the poor handling of the shippers or the poor handling of the store staff but we were not able to use an average of 4 - 5 tiles out of every box for full tile placement. In some cases we were able to use the damaged tile for pieces that had to be cut anyway. Drop ceiling tiles that offer more
These do have the reveal, so be ready with plenty of sharp razor blades as you will go through a lot of them. The tiles themselves are very nice, handle with care...n small bump and the corner will be damaged. As far as cutting, make sure your knife is sharp. The boxes I purchased were all in good shape so I only had 1 or 2 maybe, tiles that were damaged. Used those for the cuts. Overall pleased with the product, time will tell with holding up to no sag and mildew.

These Ceiling tiles are really bad quality. There were 4 tiles that were broken inside the package. 5 extra ones got broken while trying to installing them. I was lucky that I was able to find a different brand which has much better tiles at a lower price.

nice liiking but 25% were damaged out if the box
Nice looking drop-tiles, easy to install. Disappointed by the way Armstrong packs them. No reinforced corners or anything, only thin paper and clear tape. I can easily see how they get damaged during handling. I initially bought 4 cases with roughly one case unusable - mostly cracked corners and edges.

Good quality ceiling tile.
Ceiling tile are all uniform and easy to install, however several of them were damaged in the packaging. Two to four tiles were damaged in each package. Several I was able to use where I needed a smaller / cut tile. Others were damaged on all four sides.
