It has large 14 inch augers and impellers that allows it to throw the snow as far as it does. A powerful 302.cc axe motor and 15.0 ft lbs of torque that reall digs in when you hit those high snow bank
I have had mine for almost three years, it a powerful machine with a 30 inch width that can easily throw the snow 50 feet so learn how to adjust you chute so you don’t make your neighbors mad or Better yet i just do their driveway. Lowes Bangor Me will not stand behind ariens snowb
They would not take back a defective machine. It Sat in my garage from 9/17/2024 to 12 /20/2024 until I was able to use it for the first time. The drive stopped working before I could remove 6 inchs of snow. Lowes said I dint buy the extended matinence plan and it had been to long. It was a brand new machine.

Great product very reliable
I have been using an old snowblower for years with constant issues and was unable to keep up with the snow in my driveway. Finally made the purchase on this new snow blower knowing that I have a brand new piece of equipment that will make the job easier and faster and just more enjoyable to use.

Check the setup.
After receiving the Snow Blower assembled and ready for use. I started reading the guide and looking at the set up product. I noticed that a bolt on the hight adjustment had been installed backward. The flush end of the bolt was on the outside rather than the inside. This would have caused the blades to hit the bolt and nut that should have been on the outside of the opening.
