What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the snow blower for powerful performance, reliable starting, and durable all-steel construction. Most highlight its ability to cut through heavy snow with ease, throw snow impressive distances, and start instantly. Many commend intuitive controls and quick driveway clearing. However, some report traction problems with wheels not engaging properly, and several received units with mechanical defects like flat tires, rusted parts, or missing components. A few mention assembly challenges and missing accessories. Despite these concerns, most customers consider it a capable, well-built machine that delivers strong snow-clearing performance.

This is the one to get for serious use, though keep in mind for serious winters higher north, you may need to slow down so the engine doesn't bog down through the thick tall snow. This handles normal snow fall easily though. The heaver snow higher north, will need to slow down to a crawl to make it through and not bog the engine.

I put it away thinking it was a fluke. We are expecting around 2 feet of snow this weekend, and it has the same issue. I researched online and called a service place. They told me it was a fuel delivery issue from sitting. It is not; there is gas literally dripping from the exhaust. Luckily, I purchased a warra...

The team at Lowe’s was awesome as this was my first snow blower and I had several questions! It is a great price point and phenomenal functioning machine!

Not recommend
Extremely disappointed. This product is useless in a blizzard as it refuses to start in cold weather. This isn't the product I was looking. Customer service from both the seller and the manufacturer is non-existent—expect endless phone loops and zero solutions. The solution they provided costs couple hundred. Avoid this model if you actually plan on using it in the snow.
