Applied Easily
This sealant is great! It goes on very easily and smooth. It also went a long way, seemed like more than a gallon. My husband did our wide gutters and all of the seams on our metal roof. We will be purchasing more for other spots. The only problem he had was opening the can. The clips fly off like a champagne bottle cap.

Effective and easy to use roof sealant!
There are several positives going for this roof sealant/paint. First off, it goes on easily. I was worried about the thickness making it difficult to spread but I was wrong. I used a paintbrush and roller. Both worked effectively. The second is that it seems to adhere well to the material. I rolled it onto a transparent paneled roof to block some of the sun coming through. So far, none has peeled off. Lastly, the cleanup was easy. Good stuff, easy to apply and very waterproof.
I did some tests with the Ames maximum stretch elastomeric coating for use on a trailer build and roof repair project i am working on. Comes out of the can very thick (inused a brush) and doesnt need to be stirred really. You're able to get a pretty thick coat on the first coat. Relatively easy to apply. Actually dried a little quicker than I thought and did some waterproof testing and its great. Will be using it on roof of the trailer and on some of the siding.

Thick and clean
This stuff is thick, you have to push down a little harder to roll it, but it was a cooler day when I applied it, but I am very happy with it, I did have to paint over it, but I am no longer having any more leaks on my RV roof

Great product great sealer that will last. Finally
This product solved a problem with a gazebo I had against my house and gutter. It always leaked rain between no matter what material I used. Plastic, wood etc. This sealed it up and is a nice layer of protection that will last.
