Damaged by sloppy handling

Damaged by poor handling, and the price is getting out of sight. I'm a tinworker, I use rolled steel flashing as my raw material. I realize that it's not the intended use, but there we are. It's a shame that the rolls of tin get damaged by being, apparently, dropped as they are unloaded. Every one I checked had dented edges.

I ordered a two pack of 20" x 25' flashing, but only one showed up at the door. Now it is my job to chase down where the other box ended up.

Sheet metal rolls damaged during shipping

Product by itself had no issues but delivery had lots. First, the 12 pcs that I ordered came in 5 separate deliveries over a period of over a week. Secondly, many of the rolls were damaged at the edges from dropping them and 2 of them actually were partially unusable. Two of the rolls were dropped so hard that rolls collapsed; no longer round. See picture. Finally, the last roll never arrived although website stated "Delivered". Had to call call back and requested replacement.
