Great Product - Horrible Installation Service
The overall product itself is great but Lowe's Installation Services was abysmal. Minimal communication from Lowe's other than system generated emails. To be clear, Lowe's subs out the installation to a third party who then subs it out to area installers. Trying to contact the primary sub was a chore and when speaking with them, they give the impression that you are bothering them. Poor Plumber Selected by Lowes
My concern is with the plumber who Lowes assigned to install the commode. He failed to properly seal the base and caused a leak in the wall when attaching the fill line. Instead of turning the water off at the meter he forced the old faucet installed in the wall to the off position which caused the leak in the wall.

Quality Imperfections
Bought this yesterday 4/1/2026. Upon opening the box, I noticed imperfections on the china that may or may not produce leaks. Can't QA care to make sure it's done correctly? Perhaps it's not an issue. I checked underneath the bowl and they seem to be perfectly sealed. No cracks. Plus the base chinaware to tank is not flush, there is a small indent. I bought the Edgemere elongated at Lowe's a few days ago. I installed it myself and everything went fine until I turned the water supply on. Water was leaking where the tank mounts to the toilet base. I had to remove the tank 4 times to try different things to stop the leak. I went back to Lowe's and bought a different tank mounting kit.
