Hello I purchased this toilet and unable to see it in person at the store. The store agent told me that the installation team would bring it to the house and install it. They were very late and when they arrived they immediately started taking the old toilet out and installing it. I noticed it was a good matching color to my sink but then I also noticed it was very small. They didn't wanna talk to me they were just in a hurry and wanted to get out of there and I tried to get them to leave the bo...

Great plumbing install

I purchased two toilets and the install. The installer made contact and finalized a date. Great communication and was spot on time for the install. A very quick install everything went well. I would definitely use the installer again.

We like the toilet, but the installation process was a nightmare! The installation company could not install the toilet so we had to hire a plumber. We’re very unhappy with this experience from Lowe’s.

I bought this two weeks ago and got it I stalled last week, it's been a breeze and it's looks great. No issues so far! It was also really easy picking it up for the store, it was already ready for me and I was able to get it in the car with my partner. So far the flush is alitke loud but super fast and strong.

Worst purchase I've ever made

So..a toilet only has 1 job, to flush.. there's rarely a day that I don't wanna bash this toilet with a sledge hammer...it almost NEVER does its job.. terrible buy,avoid at all cost

Would Recommend

Decent quality toilet that's reasonably priced. Install was very easy. Good flush, water efficient. I haven't noticed any problems with waste sticking to the glaze. Make sure to get a new water supply line and shims if you need them. The included seat isn't great but not a deal breaker.
