wrong tile delivered & delays & no resolution
Wrong product, gray tile,not checkered, bad customer service,lady didn't seem concerned, they reordered it. We haven't received it on the date stated. Nothing yet. 3 small boxes shouldn't be this difficult.

Order never delivered!
Was supposed to receive tiles three days after ordering it. Ten days later, after going up and down the east coast, Fed Ex sent a text saying it was damaged beyond repair, they would not be delivering it to us and we should contact supplier. Lowes would not send a replacement as they "were not the supplier" even though we ordered it off of their website based on the promise of three day delivery. Do not buy!!
I would give this product 0 stars if I could. None of the tiles are the same size and do not line up. They also would not stay stuck down to our floor. Don’t waste your time or money with these tiles.
