Easy to install. I had floor damage from a roof leak, so replaced the OSB subfloor and these gave a quick and easy way to cover the repair.

Tried several kinds of these from other vendors. Achim/nexus doesn't peel up like others, doesn't leave sticky mess when removed. Basically it works. Photo is from a year of use, also I did nail the corners down but it wasn't necessary. Also they are cut fairly well. they do show different colors as you rotate them, especially the dark blue one did that, but they fit together cleanly as they are the same size. I had to get black and grey from a different vendor and those were slightly different...
