Friendly, helpful service
Very satisfied with everyone who helped me purchase my new water softener. Tiffany was so helpful. She had to walk the entire store to get a cart to deliver the unit to the Pro Services Dept. to help get it on the truck. Can't wait to get the unit installed and working. No customer service
Called Aquasure, Lowes and multiple plumbers to help with installation issue. No one works on. Because I purchased from Lowes but did not have them install they won't give me a name of who they have install. Aquasure did the same, you have to troubleshoot via text, email and pictures. Terrible customer service all around.

Dont buy softener unless you know how to install.
Wasnt able to get anyone to install it. There was Carlos who sold water softeners for Lowes and said his partner would call for installation date. Was told this 3 times and no return call. I returned the item unused.
