This large patio umbrella transformed our patio to make it accessible for a number of people during intense sun or evening dark. A beautiful addition. Plus Lowes' customer service on a replacement was excellent and prompt!
Excellent Customer Service
This umbrella is gorgeous and is everything we were hoping for. My package was missing a charging cable and had a faulty battery which is probably rare. The customer service team responded immediately and shipped both without question and we couldn’t be more happy. These things could happen with the best products but having a good customer service team is not always the case. I’m confident that if anything else arises we will be taken care of.
Assembly was completed by one individual in a coup
It was packaged securely and undamaged. It was easy to put together and seems to be made of good quality material

Have purchased a number of umbrellas over the years. Wanted a larger heavy duty cantilever/offset type for coverage over a large seating area. Looked at different cantilever brands/models. One thing I like most about this brand/model is the 360 degree rotation. This gives you infinite positioning options to block sun while others have a series of notches at set intervals, I estimate every 15-20 degrees. Needs improving
The umbrella itself seems okay. I haven't had it that long, but my main criticisms are: The instructions say to use sand (I thought water was acceptable?), so I went and bought sand. Two things to be aware of - the instructions don't tell you how much sand you'll need. You need 400 lbs, or eight 50 lb bags. The biggest issue I had with this, was the small opening to put the sand in. The opening should have been 5x bigger. It took over an hour to fill all of the base pieces and it made a huge...
