wasted my money and time
I needed 10in boards. Got 2 of these stained dried cut tried to install they are not wide enough. These boards are 9in 1/4, both of them on both ends. This is fraud of some sort. Now I'll have to but 12 inches boards and cut to 10inches and stain and cut all over again.

It's southern yellow pine, so be careful.
Luckily, found a few straight boards. Had to match some damaged pine trim. Kind of surprised that Lowes carries Southern yellow pine, known for inconsistencies, as their premium stock. Think it is mostly used for pallets and rough carpentry. It is going to warp or twist as it dries to our climate. Definitely beware if you expect it to be a showpiece.
