If you’re a Lowe’s customer with a Pro or MyLowe’s Rewards Account who purchased online, you can reschedule your delivery by signing in to your account and selecting Order Details.
Pro customers can also reschedule their delivery by calling the Pro desk at 1-844-569-4776. All customers can reschedule their delivery by selecting Order Status, calling customer care at 1-800-445-6937 or visiting a store.
If your order is arriving via Lowe’s truck delivery, you may be required to sign for it.
We also offer unattended-delivery options for Lowe’s Pro customers. Contact the Pro desk for details.
To expedite delivery, Lowe’s may ship your order from separate locations. So, you may receive multiple packages. There will be no additional shipping costs, but you may see multiple shipping charges on your credit card statement. These charges equal, but don’t exceed, the total shipping fee calculated on your receipt.
Your order may be delivered from your local Lowe’s store and/or shipped from the Lowes.com warehouse. So, all items in an order might not arrive on the same day. If you haven’t received all items within the time frame you requested, please contact a Lowe’s representative using the contact information at the bottom of this page.
Drywall Delivery Labor
For hand-carry to specific locations within the jobsite, the recommended charge is $2 per sheet. Select stores offer the Drywall Boom and Scatter program, which allows a vendor to deliver drywall to multiple levels of a home or business and other locations on the jobsite.
Appliance Delivery and Haul Away
We’ll haul away or move your old appliance for just $50 when you have your new one delivered. Lowe’s Pros receive free haul away.
*Lowe’s associates aren’t permitted to go onto a roof to deliver materials or lift materials to the roof-deck edge for the customer to unload.
An order placed on Lowes.com can only be shipped to one address. If you need to send items to different addresses, please place separate orders.
If your merchandise arrives damaged, call Lowe’s customer care at 1-800-890-5932. Please inspect your Lowe’s truck delivery shipment before signing the driver’s release. When you sign the release, you’re accepting the merchandise in its current condition. If you notice that the merchandise is damaged, don’t sign the release. Instead, call customer care for further assistance.
