Wish i knew 2 years ago what I know now. First, it is not a quite washer. Doesn't clean clothes. I have been using washing machines for more than 50 years about the worst one. Push buttons are frustrating, having to hold a button in to get what you want. Unclear, what cycles are available because you cannot see them without pushing through menus. Pre-treat stain brush has a screw on the bottom that is rusted, therefore, not usable.

My mistake but still don't like it

You pretty much have to go thru each button setting every time you run a load of clothes just to be sure you are getting what you want. The fact that it has an agitator was my own mistake. Stopped working after fixing 3 times
Bought this brand new 3 years ago and had to have it repaired 3 times in the last 3 months. Bought the Lowe’s protection plan but it takes 2 weeks to get a repair place to come out and fix the problem only for it to break again. I thought Whirlpool was a great brand - but it’s a design flaw with the drainage. E9F1 is the error code. I’ll never buy a Whirlpool again.

Waste of Money
I regret buying this washer. In just two years of ownership, I’ve already had to replace two major components, and now I’m being told the main control board also needs to be replaced. At that point, it’s no longer a repair — it’s a pattern. This washer is fragile, and unreliable. Instead of being an appliance you can depend on, it becomes a constant project.
