Dysfunctional Sprayer

I purchased the Spectracide AccuShot specifically for the battery operated pump. The pump stopped working on my second use. The weed/grass killer solution is about 1/3 consumed. I changed batteries to see if the original batteries were just too weak to operate the pump at sufficient rpms. This did not fix the problem. Back to the hand pump for dependability! As far as I can determine there is no refund available from Lowes due to the AccuShot having been used and 1/3 of the product consumed. ...

Doesn't last long

I have been trying to kill off a large weedy area behind my garage, and spray after I mow. It used to kill off vegitation pretty quick, but now, it never kills it all and it grows right back. It wilts, but is not dying, and I've thoroughly sprayed right after it's freshly mowed. The price is great, but there a reason for that price, maybe. It just dowsn't work anymore.

great for spot treatment

This has been great to spot treat weeds in the yard. This is not too heavy tk hold and walk through the yard and spray. Works great. Weeds are dying. Plus this was a great price.

Good product. Kills grass and weeds within a day.

Defective AccuShot wand. Stops dispensing liquid.

Product itself works great on weeds. However, the AccuShot wand stopped working after using it the first time. When I went to use it a day later, it wouldn't dispense the liquid. Kinda hard to kill weeds when the wand doesn't work. Guess I'll buy the refill next time and just pour the liquid into my small hand pump sprayer.

This product works!

I first bought this on sale at Lowe's and it has proven to be very effective in killing the weeds. I have used it in the cracks of the concrete on my driveway and back patio and in a few days the weeds have turned brown and crispy. I have seen a marked improvement in my lawns due to this product. I spray each weed individually and this solution seems to absorb quickly into the weed. I can move from one weed to the next and within days even if it rains right afterwards, I see weeds dying. I didnt think this product would work but I was wrong. I had varipus types of weed including crabgrass between my brick pavers and asphalt driveway. I spray this stuff in 2 passings (in 1 day) and all the weeds died by morning. Be careful not to spray too close to grass cause this stuff is strong

Works great and fast!

I bought this to handle a flower bed that I was moving for a deck project. I spent a day pulling keeper plant and pulling weeds. After a bit, the Creeping Charlie and the Chameleon plants began to pop up. One treatment and they were gone. I also used it on the whole deck area prior to laying the weed block, to assure nothing would surprise me. Unfortunately, I have no pictures of the dead weeds.

Won’t spray

First time using it. Followed all the directions. It was working fine but then it stopped spraying. The gun was cranking but nothing a drop of spray came out. I just bought this thing and it’s not working correctly. Is there a procedure to fix this?
