I think this dryer comes preloaded with lint. I swear I have never in my life cleaned the lint trap like I have on this dryer. If you leave it on eco mode the clothes are never dry. I always have to do a timed dry for the entire hour and 39 minutes and the highest heat setting, and 2 rounds or my clothes aren't dry. Jeans are a nightmare. At the least 2 rounds right out of the gate, but normally 3. And you might as well get out the iron because they won't be wrinkle free. And these are maybe 4 p...

We had an absolutely terrible experience with Samsung. We purchased a dryer in January and three weeks later it started to make a sound every time it was on. Worst piece of appliance ever. Two dryers I'm less than 2 months. 1st dryer almost set my house on fire, it never turned on. 2nd dryer, since the 1st use never worked properly. Bought dryer in 10/22. Had HC code come on in 2/24, which was 1 year and 4 months after purchase. Was able to resolve HC code with Samsung. Had HC code come on again 3/29/25 and still unresolved as of 4/3/25. This is 2 years and 5 months after purchase. 15 MONTHS AND NOT WORKING
Save yourself the worst customer service experience ever. There is no one, not one. from the United States available to provide any customer service. I have spoken to people all around the world over the past 3 days. No Help and Lowes has no idea how to help. Dryer was installed 5/3/2023 and on 8/4/2024 stopped working. Purchased this dryer during Labor Day Sale. Lowes delivered 2 with severe damage and had to send them back. The 3rd arrived with no damage so we accepted it.
