The capacity is great. Dispensing drawer needs work. It is very cheap & flimsy. There are 4 compartments for detergent, pods, softener, etc. the 2nd one from the left 9 times out of 10 is full of water when the washer has completed the cycle. It seems to clean well & I like the extra water feature as well as the drain & spin. Seems to get unbalanced often.

Honest review ahead…I researched washers like crazy and finally decided on this one because I used to have a GE Profile Front Load & loved it but left it when I sold my house. Smarter wash technology are you kidding me?
There is nothing smart about this technology on this wash machine. If you put it on deep fill sometimes it goes on deep fill and other times it doesn't. It depends on how the machine is feeling. Then as it is washing it starts draining the water out so you are left with sopping wet clothes going back and forth and no water inside the water inside the washer. Major issue after only 2 years
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is nice and I would have nice things to say except that after only 2 years it has malfuntioned with a major issue. I'm hearing the parts are 400 and labor 500.. funny right. Guess i'm getting a new washer. The 10 year warranty only covers the engine and in my case its not that. Possibly the transmission which turns the engine. So no help since I didn't volunteer to pay more for insurance or extra coverage for a new machine.

My Back Sweat Washes Clothes Better...
I am not kidding - stay away from this HE top loader. 1. Multiple cycles where the clothes don't even touch water during the wash cycle. a. Selecting 'Deep Fill', and 'Deep Rinse' on any other cycle besides 'Bulky' won't wash the clothes (which 'Bulky' + 'Deep Fill' fills the ENTIRE 5.4 cu ft wash bin - conservatively I estimate 30 - 35 gallons of water on the initial fill plus the rinse, etc.). 2. Keeps Breaking
