Broken lid

The lid broke after less than 6 months of use. Can't bypass locking the lid to do a cycle. It was nice to see I wasn't the only review on here with this issue. But now I'm out a washer because GE does not sell replacement lids.. weird that that's the only part not available! We will not be buying GE again.

Worst choice/purchase of my life

First of all, Lowes does not do their own deliveries. They subcontract to another company who then subcontracts to a transportation company. I was #17 out of #19 deliveries. The delivery person told me that they were rushing due to all of the deliveries. He did not put the clamp on the drain hose (which was in the bag that came with the washer) and my lvp flooring ending up being scratched. He started a test run and left. Don’t buy unless we just got a lemon!

We preciously had GE washer and electric dryers so felt good going with them again. BUT, we have had them less than a month and service is coming this week. The washer gets out of balance every other time! No idea why and we never overfill the capacity. My husband is ready to leave it at the curb!

Don’t believe Lowe’s delivery statements

We ordered this on Saturday to be delivered Tuesday but we had an ice storm. No one contacted us so we assumed it would be delivered Wednesday. No it wasn’t. I used their AI to find out when it would be delivered. I was told that I had to verify my account and then asked about delivery. I was told it would be delivered Saturday. I then talked to a supervisor who understood my issue. He said Friday. It was in fact delivered Friday morning.

Worst Dispense Drawer

The flexdispense drawer is the worst. I’ve had the machine a few days now and the drawer is the worst feature. Rated it a 4 because everything else is fine so far and I like the addition of microban. I had the 2017 version of this machine and that drawer was better. Not sure how they moved backwards. Not What I Was Expecting

Really like GE Appliances (or I thought). All Kitchen appliances are GE and when my LG washer went out knew I wanted to try a GE (haven’t before). Horrible machine!

This is the worst machine ever! Must use the "deep fill" every time as the "regular fill" doesn't even get all the clothes wet. And NOW even when I select "deep fill", it only deep fills during the wash cycle, but not the rinse cycle, so it tears up my clothes. I now have to "trick" the machine with 2 wash cycles...one of which has no soap added so it can be the rinse cycle. After 2 years, I can't wait till it breaks so I can get something else! Bad product by GE

Purchased this item from Lowe's on Nov 24 and was delivered and installed Nov 26. I didn't know the washer's transmission was defective until a few days later after Lowe's 48 hour window. Called GE warranty later the next week for a warranty call. That is when the technician said it had to be rebuilt and that is sure not what I wanted to hear. Cleans Good VERY LOUD

Had this set for a little over a month now. Several washes put through it. Pros are the washing machine washes and cleans really well. The impeller does a good job agitating the clothes, so they come out very fresh and clean smelling. The negatives are it's absolutely the loudest washing machine I've ever heard, and we've owned a lot, and we've also had multiple moments of unbalancing.
