Poor design on lint filter. Maintenance nightmare
I have to constantly clean the drain filter and inside the lint filter. After a few months I noticed the clothes are not drying. I watched a YouTube video and it revealed a major design problem with the lint filter. It does not seal so the lint gets past it and clogs the heat pump condenser and drain lines. DO not buy
I have spent more money on missing days at work and going to the laundromat than I have PURCHASING this appliance. Even getting the 3 year protection plan, if you don’t wait 30days to say “this is NOT working” it doesn’t count as a call. The machine doesn’t dry whatsoever and is even collecting water and not disposing of it properly. Safe yourself the money.

We have owned this machine for over two years and we have had numerous issues. The lint filter area is impossible to keep clean. This seems to clog up other parts of the machine. We've had two service calls so far and are placing a third one. The repair people are saying this is a poor design.

I live the concept of this washer dryer combo. Unfortunately there seems to be a design flaw in the venting system. I clean my vent EVERY time I use the unit and I change and/or wash the sponge filter at least every 3-4 washes. Horrible
This is the worst purchase I’ve ever made from an appliance standpoint. You have to spend 30 minutes cleaning the inside of this machine every time you use it. We have water leaking out of the bottom. It takes 2 to 3 hours to dry load. There are spots that you cannot access to clean without taking the top off, which requires a technician. Do not buy the sales pitch go to YouTube and search the problems of this machine as an owner I am disappointed we have not sent V any resolved to these problem...

Beware..Bad filter set up
Clothes do come clean and the all-in-one performs well, however, the filter system is flawed. I've had my machine for 2 years. I clean my filter after every load. After 1 yr the machine stopped draining and had to call repair. Apparently, this is a known issue.
