"Hot" setting is usually cold
Not sure if it was the Lowes installation or the product itself, but the "hot" setting on this dryer is actually cold-to-mild. It takes ages to dry even a small load. What a frustrating experience and waste of money.
Good dryer lint filter needs improvement

Since purchased for only a couple of months, had run the machine 3 times. Each time, I am disappointed with the lint filter! The filter itself is good size, easy to remove and clean out the lint. WiFi app reminders awesome!
Needed a new washer and love that this washer has the app associated with it. The notifications saying laundry is almost done or it has been unattended for so long is so helpful. The vent fresh feature is also a great touch. Overall. Very pleased with the washer. Delivery and installation however were a nightmare with Lowe’s majorly dropping the ball with this. Would definitely recommend this washer to someone. Great price and good value! Perfect for a busy family!
So far, exceptional results
First gas dryer and the speed is wonderful. I am an only parent with two teenage daughters and my initial thought was "why didn't I upgrade a decade ago." I could have saved SO MUCH TIME. I also unexpected love the wifi connectivitiy which sends me an alert when laundry is finished. Seems simple but is a huge time saver.
Washer is great, service HORRIBLE
This washer / dryer combo was perfect for my space. Works great so far. Issues with Lowe’s delivery service - they brought the wrong item first then they couldn’t hook it up so I had to pay another company to do so, even after installation was purchased. Called Lowe’s and they offered me a $25 gift card. What a joke!
