Kitchen workhorse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a set of high-performing, full-tang knives with weight, great balance, and a bolster that would make sharpening a breeze (unlike the Wusthof Classics). And that’s exactly what I got, plus a handsome block that looks great on my counter and even has two additional slots that are great for my older “beater” knives. Only feedback is that I’d have preferred a carving knife in lieu of two types of paring knives, or maybe the slicing knif...

German steel is die beste

Best of Both Worlds

They were very good but did not out perform the Zwilling knives and there was no additional benefit to them for the price they were asking. the Zwilling knives were just as good and some of the knives out performed the more expensive knives an example is the 3" paring knife.
