Perfect addition to my set
Well made German steel as expected - Good size, great weight and wonderful balance in the hand. This knife is super sharp as well. First time use it was cutting paper thin slices of fresh celery.

Perfect for small hands and petite jobs
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a stunning knife that performs as well as it looks! Love my 5” rocking Santoku!! Smooth body and good heft. I have smaller hands being 5’1” and really liked the 8” chefs pro knife but it was too heavy for me. This 5” is perfectly weighted for me and cuts like a dream.
