Sharp and Beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife is beautiful and sturdy and easily my favorite I have ever known. I know it will last me a lifetime. First thing I did was take a squishy old tomato from the fridge and this knife sliced through it with ease. Definitely recommend

Fantastic quality knife

Comfortable Grip

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most comfortable chefs knife I’ve held. Went to the store and held many different and more expensive knifes and this one was by far the most comfortable for my grip.

Good Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received the knife as a gift to start my collection. Has a good weight and balance to it as well as a wonderful edge. It was mostly sharp out of the box and feels great in the hand. I’m excited to see how it hold up in the future.

Best in class overall knife for chefs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best knife for all purpose of chopping, dicing, mincing. I like this most because of it its ease of maintenance. Zwillings sharpning tools are very easy to use and effective. So I feel this knife as an investment and not a luxury.

Amazing Knife

Best knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 40 years ago, when I was cooking professionally, I bought my first set of Henkel knives. I still use them every day at home, and keep them nice and sharp. Now circumstances have conspired to give us a smaller second home close to family we can visit. So. New knives. My 40 year old 10" chef's knife is a favorite; this 8" one is a close second.
