Would RecommendThe ergonomics of the handle is soo nice. The transition of steel from blade to handle creates such a wonderfully comfortable grip, and control. The edge and flutes perform in unison leaving thin and precise slices in its wake.

Would Not RecommendI am a very experienced cook that owns many quality knives and has used many more, I love the pro bread and chefs knife. This knife is 100% a disappoint. To start with it is not a true Santoku shape. Instead of a solid confidence building blade. The blade sounds like a piece of tin. The blade was dull after just a few uses and difficult to sharpen. Weight distribution is overrated (IMO) as with a pinch grip you can usually adjust to get comfortable. Not in this case, the handle is extremely heav...
