Would RecommendThis is the best knife I have used to date. I prefer it to any of my other Zwilling knives and is far better than other brands I have owned. It's sharp and seems that it will hold its edge nicely for a time before needing sharpening. It feels comfortable in the hand and I personally like the size for shopping and food prep.
