Would RecommendI like this knife because it is an all-around player. This Santoku is very easy to use and can handle almost any kind of cooking prep, from cutting simple ingredients to working like a chef’s knife for slicing. I have had several Santoku knives before, but since I got this Zwilling Pro Santoku, I have not looked at others anymore.
