Just perfect

It is wicked sharp, well balanced, and the handle is not too big for a smaller hand. The blade shape permits me to pare, chop and slice. The overall shape feels and handles as if it were custom made for me. I am exceedingly pleased with this knife.

The weight is spot on - not too flimsy or too heavy. I chop a lot of vegetables and prefer the Santoku over the traditional chef’s knife. I highly recommend overall.
