This is an excellent fillet knife that handles fish and chicken with ease. It makes clean, precise cuts and feels sharp and well-balanced. I’ve tried other knives, but this one consistently performs the best. Highly recommend.

Very nimble and flexible, but still sturdy. I feel so free and like I can cut anything.

Best knife you never had

This knife is amazing for Grill Season. I use it to trim my Briskets and my fish. Love it. It’s m most use knife.
