Just like the size for dexterity and precision

It's a matter of Need over Want
Would RecommendIt is said that need and want are two different thing. I had wanted a Bird's Bear knife for a while as my then current knife was at the end of its useful like. But I can say you need one of these. Does everything, from coring strawberries, removing stems from mushrooms to gently pealing apples. I have many bearing knifes, but this knife seems to eb my go to knife for any other things. It is soupier sharp so be careful. So pleased with my purchase.
