Upgraded Kramer by Zwilling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic knife! I’ve been using the Euroline carbon Kramer for years, and this is a terrific upgrade. Blade is harder and more corrosion resistant, plus the Damascus pattern helps food slide off the cut-side of the blade. I will use this for many years. Please also get a proper wood cutting board at least 16”x16” - all Kramers will cut through cheap plastic ones. Pictured here on my 18”x24” teak board. May not be quite right for small hand...

Beautiful

It feels light weight because the weight is distributed so evenly. I don’t have to push the knife through thing I’m cutting because it’s super sharp. My hand feels safe and comfortable when I use it.

I hand washed the knife upon receiving, due to the fact that the knife was covered in protective grease like substance. Afterwards, the knife had several scratches all throughout the Damascus pattern. I didn’t wash this knife any differently than any of my other knives, so it’s a bit disheartening that it’s already scratched. I realize cosmetic changes are inevitable with...

Started cutting carrots, then onions and we were impressed by how thin of slices we could make. The knife feel sturdy and well made. Very good looking as well. Wish it came with a way to store it. Best knife we have ever owned!

Zwilling Kramer Damascus 8" Chef Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect weight, balance, fit, and finish in a production chef knife.. The SG2 blade core maintains its edge after hours and hours of prep work. Out of all of the pictures I viewed, there are very few that capture the beauty of this knife. It must be held to be appreciated.

Perfect for my Style

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not just aesthetically (which it is) but also because I've always preferred a Japanese knife but am a rock cutter. Actual Kramer knives are way too ridiculous to afford so this is perfect and I couldn't be happier!

Feels like a dream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first premium knife and I’m amazed so far by the quality. Knife arrived razor sharp and cuts through vegetables amazingly easy. I have small hands and while the knife is taller than an average chef’s knife it still feels comfortable to hold and use. The Damascus pattern is nice and vivid from all angles, stunning.
