Easily the best knife in my collection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife comes razor sharp straight out of the box and holds it's edge extremely well as long as you hone regularly. The weight and thickness of the spine are perfect for me as I prefer a heftier chef knife. This is NOT a light knife. The spine is rounded though making it very comfortable for long use. The Kramer knives are definitely not cheap in any sense of the word but this is quality that will even as a chef using it for many hours a day...

Beautiful and sharp

The handle is comfortable and contours nicely into our hands, and the weight is very well balanced as well. From slicing sous vide meat incredibly thin to a simple herb chopping, we are super impressed!

Amazing knife with some visual imperfections

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sharpest thing I’ve ever purchased for my wife. She loves it. The balance and weight is perfect (medium sized woman’s hand, 6.5 glove size). My wife is a surgeon and finally found a knife she loves more than the scalpels she uses at work. The only downside is superficial, it came with a scuffed spot on the Damascus pattern. My favorite knife

Great knife!

I have always used softer steel and cheap basic kitchen knives and hones my knife skills with those kinds of knives. This is the first nice knife I have owned and also the first with any tough steel in it. It's a breath of fresh air and so much fun!

Workhorse knife

Buy this knife
