Since 1985
I’ve had this knife since 1985. I bought it through my employer and have never regretted the purchase. However about two years ago I noticed a crack in the handle that runs from the center of the bolster/handle interface on the bottom to almost halfway down the handle. Here’s my dilemma my knife blade is still in great shape and sentimentally it means a great deal to me. Can I return it for a repair and keep the original blade or will it be surrendered for a replacement?

The only bread knife you’ll ever need!

I also like the fact that there’s a cover for the tip to protect yourself since the knife is sharp. Setting up the warranty was easy as well. I’m looking forward to adding more knives to my collection.
