Great knife

Great bread knife. Purchased to replace an old, inferior knife and very happy so far. Previous knives from this brand have lasted decades and are still sharp and working well.

Lightweight to hold but still feels substantial. The edge is very sharp and has maintained its sharpness.

Cuts sourdough without smashing it

It cut through cooled homemade sourdough with a chewy crust and was able to make thin slices. Very sharp and light. Handle is comfortable. It isn't the pro model, but for my purposes it was terrific.

I like to make homemade bread and needed a sharp knife to cut it! The ZWILLING 8” bread knife is an excellent kitchen tool that is sharp and well balanced! This knife will serve my family for years!

Love this quality bread knife

I didn’t realize I needed this knife until I began buying rustic bakery loaves. My old knives couldn’t cut it, but this knife with its serration and sharpness cuts easily. And the handle is comfortable. I’m very happy with this purchase.

This knife is wonderful to cut a loaf of hard bread. It’s super sharp and the serrated edge cuts cleanly. It’s comfortable to handle while cutting. Definitely recommend this 8” bread knife.
