Would RecommendGot a set of 4-star was a wedding gift almost 30 years ago. Since then I have gone thru 3 of these knives. Tips broke off. Local store replaced one but went out of business. Though the knives in general are great, these are prone to break. I get them professionally sharpen every other year and would recommend any of the knife as they last.
