I love this little 3 inch pairing knife. Sometimes the 4 inch is too much for the job and I love having this 3 inch pairing knife on hand. It is super sharp and feels great in my hand.

Small little thing, that does the job!

This Four Star 3" paring knife, is a go-to knife for peeling small vegetables and fruits, so as meat. It is perfect traveling knife. A unique feel on the handle supports a delicate hands for smooth and soft feeling towards the blade, for safe cutting and less fatigue. It is dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended.

This paring knife is part of a line that is really well made. this 3' paring knife is perfect for small stone fruits, peeling and slicing apples as well as segmenting oranges. For such a small knife, it has some heft to it! Good quality steel, strong and sturdy.

Think Out of the Box

This knife is forged from one piece of steel making it almost unbreakable. Yes perfect for any paring job, I have also used it to gut a fish. The blade was the perfect length as not the go all the way through the body and so sharp it easily took off the fins.

The 3" paring is great for smaller jobs, good length and weight in my hand. Can't imagine peeling and removing stems without it.
