Works well and easy to use
Would RecommendI don't have a great deal of experience with knife sharpening and this is only my second sharpener but it's vastly superior to the discount one I had previously. I like that it has specially angled and labeled slots for both standard and Asian knives. The handle is well designed so that you can hold the sharpener steady without having your fingers anywhere near the blade. There is also a scissor sharpening feature which I haven't used yet but definitely will.

Very good for what it is
Would RecommendI’m an avid hand sharpener and don’t care for this style of sharpener. That said, for what it is, this is probably as good as it can be. It’s stable, easy to use, has quality design and build, and it seems to do a decent job for what it is. I got it so others would not ruin my knives. I think it will meet my expectations. I was surprised it came without any directions or advice. I would advise folks to rarely use the course slots, and whatever you use, use a very light touch as you sharpen. For ...
