It fell short

This thing is aesthetically appealing but every single time I’ve used it food sticks to the bottom. All my other zwilling cookware works amazing and yet this one has failed every single use.

Zwilling dragon wok

I like the quality materials it is made of, such as the walnut handle, and the carbon steel that is responsive to heat. It preheats quickly and is easy to maneuver.

Excellent wok

Excellent wok and the it is used the better it gets. Was an excellent purchase heats very well and is increasingly becoming more and more non-stick. I season my wok and store it with a thin layer of beef tallow rubbed into it with the lid on.

Wokka Wokka!

Love the new Wok and can't wait to use it! It is a beautiful carbon steel, light enough to be easily used, and just the right size for my stove top.

Overall Positive

Heats evenly and once seasoned it is non stick. It’s not too heavy which makes it easy to maneuver.

Solid construction

This wok is very nicely constructed. I like that it has no coatings or nonstick surfaces that are failure points. I have gone through a few non stick cookware pans and pots and unfortunately had to throw out an all clad fry pan that was not cheap because of a gouge in the coating. Im looking forward to using this wok for more of my meal preps.

One of the prettiest cookware I’ve ever owned. I’m going to start using tomorrow and report back how durable it is. Great for gifting friends and families.

Wok This Way

After an initial seasoning (not too different from cast iron pan prep) the wok works beautifully with even heat. I also appreciate the included glass lid. Not as large and cumbersome as our old wok, and this wok feels good in the hand with a balanced weight to it. A very nice looking wok, too!

My new favorite pan

Best wok I've ever had. Replaced my wok of 15 years with this and have no regrets. Heats excellent on my electric stove. Easy to clean once it's seasoned.

Love my first ever Wok

It is so beautiful. My first wok. I can tell it will be used more than for just stir-fry. The steel-carbon is perfect for my induction stove-top and it looks great just sitting on it.
