This is the perfect compliment to my Z-Line range. Looks beautiful and works really well too. I’m used to professional hoods at work and this one hold up really well for a home. Definitely the finishing touch to our kitchen remodel!

Very nice hood, But?

I bought this a month ago and just installed it. Weather related delay with the addition of a new roof and vent. The instructions were okay but could have been better. Some of the parts weren't fully described and where they needed to be placed. Also, when you order the new hood it automatically comes with 24 inch covers. Trouble is I needed the 16 inch covers because of a lower ceiling. Had to buy those separately. I mean once everything was installed it looks great and really opens up the kitc...

Great Features

I bought this a month ago and the whole family loves it! There is great suction and controls on both sides of the hood. You can control the fan level and lights from either side of the island which has been great!

Our contractor recommended Z line and boy I am glad he did. It is in addition to being beautiful, outstanding exhaust capabilities. We love that it can be turned off or on for either side of our peninsula. Super product will recommend it to all our friends and family

The perfect gift

I bought it for my wife two months ago, and she is super happy. It is made of very good material and looks great in the kitchen I don't regret having bought it.

The hood looks great above our island range! Very nice looking, love the lights and works great to pull out cooking odors. I don't know if it is louder than other hoods.

We bought our ZLine island range hood over four years ago and loved it until the lights stopped working suddenly one day. I emailed ZLine to ask if we had to special order the LEDs from them or could buy them anywhere. Imagine my surprise when I received a call a couple of days later, informing me that they were going to mail us four new LEDs plus a transformer at no charge! We bought our hood over 4 years ago so when our lights went out all of a sudden, I knew we were waaay out of warranty. I emailed ZLine to ask if I needed to order the lights from them or if I could get them anywhere. I was very pleasantly surprised when they called me to say they were mailing us a complete set of new lights (we ended up only needing one so three spares) plus a transformer (just in case) totally free of charge. I purchased this Zline range hood and after a few months, the display had a light out and the lights stopped working. I reached out to Zline and they sent me replacement parts along with videos to do the replacement. I replaced both parts. The panel worked but the lights still didn't work. Incredible customer service!

We have had this fan for ~4 years now. It is rare to have an issue, but when something comes up ZLINE has been absolutely the best company to deal with! Their customer service is unsurpassed and the tech advice was right on!

Replacing light bulbs

I bought the Zline GL14i-36 range hood in April 2019. People that came to see our new kitchen often remarked that they loved that range hood, we do too. But the time came to replace the lights and I read the owner's manual, saw a youtube video and hoped I could do it. I had a hard time removing the mounting from the light bulb. Incredible customer service!!!

I purchased a z-line island range hood and somehow the baffle filter was bent. I contacted customer service asking how I could purchase a new replacement baffle when I was informed that there is a 3-year parts warranty and they would be sending a new baffle out to me for free under warranty. Beautiful design

We bought this in August of '21 and love it. It's a sleek design and the fan works great. If I would change anything, I would have four lights instead of two to distribute the light better. My husband bumps into the glass sometimes because he's 6'1" and we didn't have a tall enough ceiling.

Sounds like a jet taking off!

I love the look of this island hood. However, you cannot carry on a conversation when the fan is running. Even the lowest setting is extremely loud.
