Would RecommendThis is the only primer I use. Follow the guidelines on the label for application and surfaces. I’ve never had any problems using the product and it does what it says it does!

Great coverage
Would RecommendCoverage is excellent. Used it over old drywall that used to be covered with "orange peel" texture. After sanding off the texture, I was left with 50-year-old drywall that soaked up the primer. The 1-2-3 primer left a great smooth surface for the paint. Walls did/will need to get hit up with another coat of primer over the filled patch holes. Piece of cake. I'm renovating the whole house by removing the texture, and I need all the "help" I can get. Three bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, family room...

Would RecommendExcellent performance, always delivers. One coat sealed the underside of a 40 year old patio roof that was being ravaged by carpenter bees. Created a sealed, even surface which bonded solidly with paint. Carpenter bees are gone!
