Doesn’t seem to work.

Didn’t really work. It did not get the spot out of the sofa even with a lot of scrubbing unfortunately.

Cleaned carpet stain with ease.

I had tested out a barbeque sauce stain on a piece of carpet. First I cleaned it with a wet wash cloth and used the spray to soak the solution on the stain for about 5 minutes. Afterwards I used another wet wash cloth to rub against the stain and it was easily removed after.

Quickly removed food stains from my carpet

First time trying a Zep product. I had several small food spots/stains on some carpet. They had been there for years. I had tried several other carpet cleaners without having any luck. This product removed the stains. It's easy to use, it doesn't have any "chemical" smells, and most importantly it removed the stains! It's also reasonably priced compared to some of the other brands.

Great cleaner at a great price

I have pets and while they are pretty good...they do have accidents. I got this to use on rugs and floors that needed spots cleaned. I ended up discovering it works well on tile and grout as well as vinyl flooring in addition to carpet and rugs. I have used it in my automobile as well and gotten great results. The smell is pleasant and the spray nozzle works great. This is a great carpet cleaner and a really good general purpose cleaner.

Does what it says

The product works as intended. I used it to clean up a mess my dog made on the carpet. The mess had been there for at least an hour or two by the time I got home from work and found it. It cleaned up the mess; I could not tell there had been anything on the carpet. I used the product to clean up a soda spill on our area rug. Again, nothing left that I could see on the rug after I cleaned it.

Great product - easy spray bottle

These products worked great. I should have taken before and after pictures to show the overall improvements. The ZEP spot cleaner worked great in removing normal stains. It did an OK job with some rust spots we had on one carpet. We had to go over the spots several times, but eventually the stains lightened, but are not gone altogether. The best around for laundry spot remover. I tried many of those fancy schmancy laundry spot removers and after staining a favorite t-shirt and not having the stains removed, I tried this. It worked great! No damage to the t-shirt either.

Great pet stain remover

Love this product for dog accidents! It works well on my white carpet. However there used to be a similar product and it said for “pets” and I feel like that one worked better!

Old stains not removed - Useful on fresh stains

The solution worked reasonably well on fresh stains. Very little help on dried stains.
