I was really figuring this stuff would follow suit with ever other one however was I ever wrong on that part it does work amazing does what it says and does amazing work however it foams like crazy and it's very tough to get out of you soak a bad spot so I found that if you only put a small amount on the area then use a scrub brush is what I did was ran hot water on the scrub brush and left it really wet and scrubbed the area it will foam but not as much of you only use a small amount. Would RecommendBeing from Alaska, we have snow 8-9 months out of year not including the rainy days. So you can imagine the amount of traffic we as a hotel chain would gather over the seasons. We have tried numerous of products that sometimes run as high as $100 plus, and none of them would come close to this. Not only is this product inexpensive, but it ACTUALLY WORKS!!! I have recommended it to vendors, sister properties including close friends and families!

Would Not Recommendyou can't go wrong with any ZEP products. I'm always cleaning my house due to a 2 year old and 3 dogs. My house is always smelling clean and my carpet looks great. I have expensive carpet and I'm always cleaning stains that my child and dogs make. You want to deep clean your house including carpet use ZEP.
