Would RecommendFollow directions carefully! Must add shock 5 minutes after adding the Yellow Gone. I did shock & scrub the pool the day before adding YG. It looked a little better but no where ready for swimming. The next day added the YG then the shock. Pool looked beautiful afterwards! Pictures are before & after. The after was the same day it was treated.

We had a lot of mustard algae and scum on bottom of brand new pool. our pump wasn’t fully installed yet and had 4-5 days of heavy rain and flooding in area. when pump electricity finally finished, we had to get something fast so we could swim for the first time. After a few days, the pool was clear and looked great. Definitely recommend

Would RecommendIt worked as part of the plan. I used it with shock as recommended. I needed the water clear in two days so I got inpatient and did a second dose in less than 24 hours. I added additional bottles of bleach. My pool is crystal clear. I can see dust in the bottom of the pool. The pool has stayed clear for a few weeks.

Would RecommendI have used this product three times to save the day with both green and yellow algea. If it did not work for you I would think the directions were not followed properly.

Would RecommendPool developed yellow algae could not remove or destroy after giving pool extra shock treatments. Small water change and other things would simply not work. I added this product as described and the next day the algae was dead and dried up and I followed it with a shock treatment the day after. So far so good. Just keeping up on pool maintenance regularly for prevention. Great product to have.
